Full Time/Part Time/PRN

RNS is a locally owned and managed home health care company. We service high-end clients in the Kansas City area. We are seeking caring, dependable, team-oriented individuals who possess a true passion for caring for our geriatric community.

We are currently staffing LPN's in caregiving positions. We believe the discipline it takes to complete certification as an LPN builds strong-minded, patient-driven, reliable healthcare providers. We are a caregiver-driven company, seeking LPN's to utilize their problem-solving skill set to assist in the growing community of Dementia & Alzheimer's patients.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma
Licensed driver with a clean driving record and adhere to RNS’ Vehicle Safety Program
Vehicle that is currently insured in accordance with state and/or RNS' policies
Cellphone with internet and texting capabilities
Daily access to RNS’ email
Knowledge of the English language
Complete all physical and mental demands for described position.
Has corrected vision and hearing with normal range

Responsibilities:

Provides care agreed upon by client or client’s family and RNS case manager.
Ability to establish and maintain harmonious relations with the client, client’s family and team members.
Has working knowledge of home safety.
Complies with RNS’ policies and procedures including standards of conduct and work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code and weekend and holiday availability policies
Assistance with activities of daily living - monitoring Alzheimer’s & dementia clients; vital signs; patient transfers, fall risks, bathing, home tasks, documentation, med management, pain management. Transportation and errands as needed for client.
CPR certified or certification within 90 days of hire
Current TB test or tested within 90 days of hire.
Responsible for working all assigned shifts and for finding replacement for shift when needed
Participates in staff meetings and in-servicing

Caregiver of the month awards; Holiday pay; Continuity of care with our clients.
