Summary

RNDC is looking for energetic Delivery Driver Helpers to join our growing Operations team. As a member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the products we sell are delivered on time, and orders are filled accurately.

We ensure that you have the training and support you need to make a meaningful difference. Our driver helpers assist the delivery drivers with the loading and unloading of merchandise.

In this role, you will

• Accurately delivers all products by bottle, case, or pallet from the delivery truck to the customer's account by hand truck.
• Make an average of 20 timely deliveries a day. May deliver to more accounts during high volume seasons.
• Verify receipt of correct order with the customer by checking product against invoice, obtains customer signature and payment if necessary, for goods received.
• Provide regular feedback to management in terms of route changes, concerns or areas of opportunity.
• Possess the ability to regularly operate a motor vehicle, delivery trucks; pallet jacks, handcarts, global positioning system receivers, location based messaging service platforms and portable data input terminals.
• May utilize a smartphone for interaction with hours of service (HOS) software, point of delivery (POD) invoicing and / or driver monitoring programs.

What you bring to RNDC

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, two years delivery experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The employee must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and will occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.

• Requires a current State driver's license; ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
• Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License, as required by the state
