Position: AR Clerk

Reports to: AR Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage DHI Email
• Manage incoming signed tickets in System
• Data Entry of field tickets into DHIs Operating system
• Create and process invoices in DHIs Operating system
• Submit Tickets for approval utilizing Customers online portals
• Submit Invoices for Payment utilizing Customers online portals
• Assist AR collections specialist with online checks, collections and deposit entries as needed
• Assist with AP data entry

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar roles
• Understanding of cloud-based systems (e.g., Salesforce, OpenInvoice) 

Skill Requirements:

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, process, and best practices
• Proficiency in computer programs (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Adobe)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with cloud-based systems, preferably OpenInvoice
• Confidentiality and trustworthiness
