RMT Companies is a Colorado-based bulk freight transport and transload business. We provide transload and trucking services in Colorado.

We are looking to hire a permanent, full-time transloader on the dayshift at our Windsor rail facility. Training will be provided.

Essential Functions:

• Operate a skid-steer or front-end loader to load dry bulk product from railcars into trailers. Prior experience is not required; however preference may be given to those who have prior experience operating equipment.
• Weigh trucks before and after loading
• Move railcars and prepare them for transit
• Process paperwork and enter data into spreadsheets

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills
• Basic math aptitude
• Must be able to handle physical labor, including squatting, climbing, sitting, pushing and pulling
• Must be able to routinely work in an outdoor environment, and in any weather
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

Shift & Compensation:

Dayshift: Wednesday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. ; Saturday & Sunday 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Note that training will be Monday - Friday 6A -2P.

Compensation: $20/hour.

Transloader, Transloader Operator, General Labor, Construction Labor
