Overview:
We are currently seeking a Floor Technician to join our team. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various commercial settings. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for our clients and their customers.

Duties:
- Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure effective and efficient cleaning
- Follow established procedures for carpet cleaning and stain removal
- Inspect floors for damage or wear and report any issues to management
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties
- Collaborate with custodial staff to ensure overall cleanliness of the facility

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or environmental services preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning
- Ability to operate floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet extractors
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as required
