· Create and manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes and procedures, and confirm staff compliance

· Conduct physical counts of products and reconcile with data to maintain adequate inventory levels

· Develop and monitor procedures for safety and security of warehouse environment and all goods

· Inspect all warehouse equipment and order repairs and replacements when required

· Prepare an annual budget, plan out expenses, analyze any variances, and make necessary corrections to help company achieve financial objectives

· High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

· 3 years of experience in a warehouse

· Familiarity withinventory control and management

· Knowledge of proper safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and warehouse best practices

· Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team

· Able to lift up to 50 pounds

· Flexible schedule

· Hands on. Capable of using narrow aisle reach truck to move pallets, capable of using high lift order picker for hand pick and put away.

· Lead receiving team (4 team members) and ensure execution of timely receiving and put away process

· Unload container, sorting products, verify packing list, put away on rack shelves

· Make sure accuracy of inventory, organize rack shelves, perform cycle count.

· Replenish items for daily picking.

· Ensure that workers, equipment, and materials are used properly and safely to maximize productivity.

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

· Assist in preparing and developing necessary SOP’s for receiving processes.
