RMP Security is Hiring an Unarmed Security Officer Near Addison, TX
Job Description:
RMP Security is seeking a dedicated and vigilant individual to join our team as an Unarmed Security Officer for the swing shift (2:30pm - 10:30pm) at an apartment complex in Addison. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of residents and property. This is a summer pool security officer position.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of the pool area to ensure all rules are being followed.
Provide a visible presence to deter unauthorized persons.
Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.
Complete detailed reports on security-related incidents utilizing a smartphone app.
Check wrist bands to ensure only residents and guests are allowed in the pool.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in security-related roles preferred, but not required.
Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight shifts.
Excellent communication and observational skills.
Must be physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
Valid state security officer license (if required).
