RMK Property Group is Hiring a Painter Near Port Saint Lucie, FL
```Duties:```
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Apply paint and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Restore and refinish furniture, cabinets, and other wooden structures
- Assist with remodeling projects by painting walls, ceilings, and trim
- Use airless paint spraying equipment for large-scale painting projects
- Perform maintenance person tasks such as repairing drywall
- Build scaffolding or other structures to access hard-to-reach areas
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience as a painter in a construction or maintenance setting
- Strong knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Proficient in using airless paint spraying equipment
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
