Primary Responsibilities : Coordination and consolidation for all outgoing food items from the kitchen assuring high standards of plate presentation and food quality.

Essential Functions and Duties :

Essential functions are the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation.

1. Receive all incoming food orders.

2. Clock in tickets and assure ticket cook times meet or exceed our standards.

3. Communicate between the service staff and kitchen staff.

4. Complete all plate presentations per the recipe / plate presentation specifications.

6. Coordinate food delivery with food runners.

7. Set up expediter station, keeping it clean, organized and stocked throughout the shift.

8. All other job duties assigned by a manager in order to ensure the effective and orderly operations of the restaurant.

Qualification Standards :

1. Mobility required during the entire shift.

2. Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required.

3. Ability to wipe down shelves, pick debris up off the floor and wipe down counters.

4. Able to respond in emergency situations to avoid imminent danger to self and others.
