RMF Engineering, a national engineering firm has an immediate need for a Project Accountant for our Baltimore corporate office.
Job Description:
The Project Accountant will be responsible for processing monthly client invoices, preparing daily bank deposits, monthly journal entries, collections, cash receipts, account reconciliations, financial analysis, purchase orders, contract administration, monthly government reporting, and other duties to assist the Controller. The successful candidate will have the ability to make accurate, independent decisions, possess a positive attitude, and be able to prioritize multiple deadlines. Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as needed.
