YOUR DAY

This is a full-time repair and hospitality position, immersing you in the vibrant pulse of Hilton Head Island. Weekends will be part of your schedule, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.

Envision a day where your skills shine as you supervise maintenance processes and ensure operational excellence. You start by ensuring our facilities are always at their best. Regular inspections become second nature as you proactively identify and resolve issues, maintaining our brand standards. Dive into supervising labor and materials budgets. Your day is a blend of supervising a dedicated team, executing work orders, and stepping into the manager's shoes when needed. Your role is dynamic, ensuring that each corner of our resort and every guest interaction reflect the excellence that defines RMC.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of field experience in maintenance
• Previous supervisory experience
• Exceptional organizational and supervisory abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Although we encourage all to apply, we have a preference for Beaufort County residents. Our ideal candidate will have a clean DMV report and valid driver's license, be available weekends, and demonstrate a strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC! Being bi-lingual is a big plus.
