We are looking for a meticulous and organized Small Remodeling Estimator to join our team. The Small Remodeling Estimator will be responsible for assessing small-scale remodeling projects, creating precise cost estimates, and liaising with clients to ensure project requirements are met within budget constraints. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of construction and remodeling processes for residential and commercial properties.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Evaluate small remodeling project requirements and objectives.

2. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

3. Estimate costs for materials, labor, permits, and other project expenses.

4. Create detailed and accurate project estimates and proposals.

5. Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.

6. Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure project feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

7. Provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

8. Communicate effectively with clients to discuss estimates, proposals, and project specifications.

9. Maintain organized records of estimates, contracts, and project-related documentation.

10. Monitor project progress and costs to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

**Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in construction management or related field is a plus.

2. Proven experience as an Estimator in small-scale remodeling projects.

3. Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.

6. Effective communication and negotiation abilities.

7. Knowledge of construction and remodeling processes.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

10. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Certification in estimating or related field.

- Experience with project management software.

- Understanding of sustainable building practices.
