**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor/Supervisor to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising construction projects and ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish

- Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards

- Manage and lead a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents

- Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee work meets required standards

- Handle construction estimating, budgeting, and scheduling responsibilities

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry

- Proficiency in blueprint reading, quality control, and construction estimating

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities to ensure project success
