RLJ MANAGEMENT is Hiring a Property Manager Near Princeton, WV

RLJ Management Co., Inc. is an Ohio corporation headquartered in Columbus Ohio and has been in operation since 1984. Since that time, RLJ has primarily specialized in the management of apartment properties that offer affordable housing programs, most of which fall under the auspices of Federal and local housing authorities, and which are financed, subsidized, and/or insured with varying forms of government assistance. A significant portion of the portfolio has been developed with Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Currently, RLJ manages 300 properties containing 9,500 units. We are looking for someone that has experience in USDA Rural Development (RD), Tax Credit and Housing Choice Vouchers. Knowledge of HUD, Section 8 and/or other subsidies is also desired. The property is comprised of multi-family apartments.

This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities include:

*Marketing property and increasing traffic

*Well organized and attention to detail

* Processing applications and certifications

* Budget compliance

* Excellent customer service

* Supervise maintenance staff

* Ensure the curb appeal is impeccable

* Tax Credit regulation adherence

We offer corporate compliance and operations support and opportunity for growth.
