Job Overview:

We are seeking a Retail Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the overall appearance and presentation of products within retail environments.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure shelves are fully stocked by working product from back room to shelf.
- Collaborate with store management to execute merchandising plans
- Rotate product based on sell-by-dates.
- Work multiple accounts on a workday typically averaging around 4-6 account visits per day.
- Work cleanly so as not to disrupt customer traffic.
- Follow schematics and guidelines for product placement
- Stock and build displays as needed.
-Follow shipping and receiving policy.

Qualifications:

- Must have reliable transportation to travel from account to account.
- Repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong sales skills and customer service orientation
- Must be able to push stacks of product.
- Work scheduled hrs.
- Prior experience in retail merchandising or related field.
- Understanding of store schematics and layout optimization
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmen.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
