RJM Landscape, LLC is Hiring a Landscape Foreman Near Norwell, MA

Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our landscaping projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team. We are a rapidly growing company, and would like to find a foreman who is willing to build a multi-year career, while building and scaling a premium quality company, delivering second to none results. This opportunity is looking for an individual who is incredibly passionate about the quality of their work, diligent with their attention to detail, and excited about leading a group of men for years to come.

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in performing various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, fertilizing and more.
- Plan and execute landscape projects, such as building gardens, installing irrigation systems, and caring for lawns.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to established quality standards and project timelines.
- Train new team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of landscaping materials and equipment, and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time sheets, project expenses, and client communication.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping. Must already have worked for a Landscape company for multiple years in the past.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team.
- Knowledge of various landscaping techniques, including lawn care, tree care, garden design, and irrigation systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

** Of note, this job is extremely physically demanding as well as requires a lot of time. Workers regularly work 12 hours per day, 6 to even sometimes 7 days per week during the busy times of year. Do not apply if you cannot handle long, physically demanding days.

We offer competitive pay based on experience, which can quickly increase with demonstrated leadership skills and high level experience in the field.
