Sample Room Coordinator Summary

Part-time Monday-Friday 4 hr. shift, between the hours of 8 : 00 am -3 : 00 pm 20-30 hours per week. Shift hours may vary depending on workload Potential for advancement to full-time.

The Sample Room Coordinator assists the VP of Marketing, Marketing Lead, and Marketing Assistant in the sample room labeling samples, creating sample kits, pulling samples / kits for orders, and preparing them for shipment, as well as any additional tasks necessary pertaining to RJ Schinner Exclusive Brand samples.

Sample Room Coordinator Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 3 years of work experience
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Sample Room Coordinator Duties

• Assist with the creation of RJ Schinner Branded Sample Kits
• Assist with pulling, packing, and shipping of requested kits
• Order inventory for sample kits
• Assist with Administrative tasks involved with branded sample
• Report building and communication with sales reps / customers
• Other duties as assigned

Working Environment

• Noise level is moderate
• Will frequently be required to stand, sit, and walk
• Must occasionally lift or move as much as 20 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities required are close vision and ability to adjust focus
