Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Scoopers. As an Ice Cream Scooper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our customers. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities:
- Scoop and serve ice cream flavors to customers
- Assist customers in selecting flavors and toppings
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ice cream shop
- Prepare ice cream cones, sundaes, and other desserts according to customer preferences
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing customer concerns
- Upsell additional products or toppings to increase sales

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail or food service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems is beneficial
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Excellent sales and customer service skills

Pay: $12.80 - $13.69 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
