- Prepares food to the prescribed recipe
- Setups and service the Salad Bar throughout the day
- Manages the Salad bar throughout the day by wiping down any spills, checking levels of food refilling when needed, stirring or mixing items every few minutes, checking temperatures every two hours
- Responsible for various accurate prep sheets and checklists
- Maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
