Landscape Foreman

Bryan's Lawn Maintenance & Landscape is looking for a Landscape Foreman, with a good attitude, an excellent work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast paced environment.

Customer Service Involvement:

• Provides exceptional customer service through a great quality of work and respect to customers
• Respond quickly and thoroughly to customer concerns and requests
• Develop relationships with customers to build loyalty and referrals
• Machine Operation and Equipment Duties
• Operate and perform general maintenance and installation tasks using skid steers, mini excavators, ride-on mowers, small engine machines, dingos, and chemical spray equipment.
• Maintain assigned equipment and maximize its useful life
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment according to manufacturers’ directions

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, heavy lifting, and excessive walking for long periods of time
• Must be able to work in hot and cold weather conditions

Experience:

• 2 years or more of previous experience is required in hardscape installation (e.g. retaining walls, paver driveway/ pool decks, etc.), landscape installation, irrigation, outdoor lighting, drainage installation, and grading.
• Work starts each day at 6:30 AM Monday - Friday
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $12.00-20.00 / hr based on experience.
