Scope:Oversee the sales associates and installers for change out jobs from estimates to completion of inspection.

To be considered for the role:

• 3-5 Years experience as an HVAC comfort experience
•  Self-Motivated
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check which is part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

•  Go on sales leads given by RJ Kielty
•  Marketing to increase sales lead generation. Chamber, BNI, Community Outreach, Facebook.
•  Setting up and monitoring sales booths at events
•  Ordering material for installs
•  Secure financing for customers
•  Turn job info over to Dispatch for permit and so#
• Preparing pre job packets for the technicians (AHRI, stickers, so permit)
•  Confirm collection of the deposit and final payment
•  Enter warranty information.
•  Ongoing customer service of completed jobs.
•  Turn over completed job packets to Dispatch Manager for final input and filing.
