Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and guest-oriented individual to join our team as a Spa Coordinator. The Spa Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, providing information about services, and ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Manage spa appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
• Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about spa services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of spa supplies
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction
• Handle any guest complaints or issues professionally and effectively
• Meet membership sales goals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Mindbody
• Passion for wellness and a positive attitude
