As the Senior Program Manager, Demo Drives You will be responsible for developing the framework, processes, and support programs for the drives we host from Service Centers and Spaces, and other formats, providing customers with the opportunity to have a hands-on experience with our products and interact with our Sales and Marketing teams.

In this role you own the development of the operational playbook for Demo drives, creating and evolving digital systems which govern processes, planning fleet and other resources, and performance management dashboards and systems. The strategy and organization you employ within this position will enable positive word of mouth for our brand and propel sales growth.

• Build the operational framework, best practices, resources, and tools necessary to deliver an outstanding test drive experience for Retail visitors
• Develop and iterate Demo Drive formats to adapt to changing business needs
• Guide development and continuous improvement of our infrastructure of systems used within the demo drive experience
• Collect, organize, and analyze site level and network data to create impactful reports that highlight our use of assets and resources procured for this program
• Partner with Learning and Development to steer and develop onboarding and ongoing training curriculum
• Develop performance management resources for Managers, including evaluation material and Mystery Shopping programs
• Manage and maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and Rivian company policies and procedures tied to vehicle operation and transactions
• Collaborate with all teams working in support of customer transactions to amplify the transaction to delivery journey

• 3 years in retail operations/sales and/or experiential/brand marketing, or similar fields, preferably in a direct-to-consumer business model
• Experience designing short-term customer experiences in multiple states (test drive/ride experience preferred)
• Exposure to the digital product design process is a plus
• Expert at process development in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong communicator across all levels, including Inside Sales, partners, and executives
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Ability and willingness travel up to 20%
