Rivet Events is an Atlanta-based Wedding and Entertainment company that exists to make memories last forever. We do this through Photography, Videography, DJ, Photobooth, and event planning services that help create a stress-free wedding or event experience. THE ROLE AND WHY IT'S IMPORTANT
At Rivet Events, client experience is of the utmost importance. As the Operations Leader, you will help support the functioning of the company and team, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for clients and team members alike. You will support the client experience by ensuring prompt and accurate onboarding for all new clients. You’ll support the GM by maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring Rivet’s teams receive payments & reimbursements. You will lead the sales team by communicating expectations and helping event specialists refine their language and practices. You’ll help potential clients understand the value Rivet offers and discern which services are best for them. You'll display enthusiasm and optimism to serve couples throughout the process!
The Operations and Sales Assistant is critical in ensuring teams & clients have a quality experience through precise and prompt record keeping and reporting. The OSA must be attentive to detail and be able to consistently complete tasks on time. They must have demonstrated clear communication skills, desire for excellence, and an interest in problem solving.
