Job Summary:

This position is responsible for guiding the Company in designing, developing, andimplementing processes, procedures and systems that will ensure effective qualityservices. These will guide the CARF accreditation process, ensure compliance withgovernmental regulations, and promote a delivery of quality services that supports andreflects the Company's Mission and Vision. Responsible for overall corporate qualityenhancement initiatives and efforts. 

Job Duties:

1. Provides assistance to programs to create systemsto track and monitor data to ensure indicators, aswell as personal outcome measures are beingaddressed for individuals being served. 

2.Assists programs in identifying outcome measures,developing methods to measure indicators, andmonitoring the identified areas. 

3Identifies QE trends and cooperatively works withprograms to implement changes for qualityenhancement, as needed. 

4. Identifies quality assurance problem areas anddevelops appropriate plans of correction. 

5. Coordinates findings from external programs andquality reviews. Monitors improvement. 

6. Completes audits to assure the accuracy andintegrity of operational data. 

7. Assists programs in creation and oversight of qualityenhancement initiatives such as annual qualityenhancement plans, person centered supports,increasing natural support networks, etc.

8. Provides support to program areas in recommendingchanges, resources, and performance improvementsystems based on data and findings from qualitymeasures and reviews. 

9. Prepares statistical and other informative reportsrelating to quality enhancement and improvement. 

10. Makes recommendations to management to makechanges that reflect continuous qualityenhancement. 

11. Provides guidance to programs in formulating,interpreting, and executing policies and applicablerules, regulations, and accreditation standards. 

12. Responsible for the overall coordination of CARFaccreditation. 

13. Fosters collaborative working relationships amongmembers of the leadership and management teamsand programs. 

14. Other duties as assigned.
