Job Summary:
Provides direct clinical and medical services to persons served in an outpatient Physician and APRN office. Responsible for assisting FNP with appointments and procedures as ordered. This includes but is not limited to vitals, EKG’s ancillary tests, sending and following up on referrals and lab results as ordered, and Patient Communications and Information.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required. Active Kentucky LPN or RN license
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience preferred.

Relocation is not provided and travel is occasionally required
