Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Verify insurance coverage and process necessary paperwork
- Collect payments and provide receipts
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean reception area
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office or dental office setting preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Experience with dental scheduling or dental records is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally with patients, staff, and visitors
- Proficient in using computer software Dentrix for data entry and record keeping

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
