Position Overview:

As a Guest Services Agent, you are a guest's first impression of the Rivertide Suites....a host welcoming guests into our "home." From start to finish, you own the guest experience.

We are Seaside's only All-Suite hotel, and many of our guests come back year after year to spend their precious family vacations here. Others are coming to the Oregon coast for the first time and may only be here once in their lives. It is our job to make sure they have a wonderful experience.

Kindness, graciousness and the desire to take care of people are key attributes to a successful candidate for this role.

• Previous Front Desk or Customer Service Experience
