Overview

The Staffing Coordinator Full Time role at the Hebrew Home at Riverdale by RiverSpring Living, a world-renowned long-term care organization located in Riverdale - North Bronx, is responsible for the clerical functions in the Nursing Department. The shift hours are 5:00 am - 1:00 pm including every other weekend. Should be flexible with work schedule

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the role include the preparation of employee time and attendance for payroll, preparing the master schedule and daily schedule, track and manage leaves of absences and vacations, and completing census transactions with reconciliation of midnight census.

Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Prior experience working in an office setting essential. Experience working in a healthcare facility a plus. Must possess strong organizational, writing, mathematical, communication and excellent customer service skills. Must be able to prioritize and multitask.

Knowledge of MicroSoft Office required. Should be flexible with work schedule.

Compensation: $25.00 hourly
