RiverSpring Living provides a full range of care solutions including nursing home care, managed long term care, assisted living programs, senior housing, rehabilitation services and specialized services such as elder abuse prevention and memory care. RiverSpring Health Plans is looking for a full time Member Services Specialist to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Member Service Specialist manages new enrollments (data entry, enrollment updates and electronic submissions); maintain the members’ electronic and initial enrollment records; provides office assistance to the Intake & Outreach Department as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associates degree or certificate/degree from a technical school preferred; or three to six months related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to clearly communicate and be understood in English. Basic computer skills (word, email). Excellent Customer Service Skills. 1-2 years of experience as receptionist and/or customer service experience. Bilingual in Cantonese and Mandarin.
