Summary

Responsible for the general cleanliness and basic maintenance of assigned areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Daily cleaning of assigned areas to include but not limited to office, lounge, shop, and yard areas.
• Performing cleaning and detail work on company equipment as assigned, on or off site
• Pick up parts or supplies as assigned using a company vehicle within the region
• Basic light maintenance of facilities such as painting and replacing light bulbs

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
