Riverside Powersports is Hiring a Sales Associate Near Ottawa, IL
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for retail sales. Powersports knowledge is preferred but not necessary.
**Duties:**
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
-Follow up with customers via phone & email
- Operate the Customer Retention System (CRM) accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Keep the store stocked and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
**Qualifications:**
- Proficient in phone etiquette
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Basic understanding of retail math
- Prior experience in customer service
- Ability to work in a fast paced setting
- Strong communication skills
- Proven track record in retail sales (preferred but not necessary)
