Description : Redlands company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator to provide highly complex administrative support to senior team members.

This position is responsible for coordinating and tracking the completion of complex projects while providing updates, drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, data entry, maintaining client files, scanning / filing / copying, and other duties as assigned.

Position Requires : Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years recent clerical, administrative or project management experience in a similar role, associate’s degree or two years of college required, proficiency with MS Office, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
