Riverside Medical SC is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Arlington, IL

Our busy internal medicine office is looking for a competent, experienced, medical receptionist who is able to multi-task and has great customer services skills.

Duties include answering the phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in upon arrival, entering insurance information into the computer, collecting copays and balances, checking patients out when they're done seeing the doctor, scheduling any future appointments, doing daily recall/reminders etc.

EMR experience is required, eClinical Works experience is a plus.

Full time hours with only 1 evening shift per week until 8pm (Monday). This Monday shift is rotated each week so it's not every Monday for the same employee. 1-2 Saturday mornings per month and if you work Saturday, you are off on Wednesday. Tues/Thurs you will be out by 5:30; Wednesday you will be out by 1:30 and Friday you will be out by 3:30pm.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
