SUMMARY: Responsible for registration of acute and follow-up injured employees. Answer phones and schedule appointments. Obtain authorization from the employer for initial injuries. Obtain employer insurance information. Follow up and update the Employer-Profile protocol. Complete work status and send to employers. Check out the patient and make a follow-up appointment. Coordinates and performs ergonomic assessments. Responsible for updating logs. Assist supervisor and manager with various administrative duties, including health fairs.

HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED required. One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS: Ergonomics certification preferred. California Driver's License required.
