Summary:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
License or Certification Requirements:
None - Assists seamstress by labelling new linens, irons lab coats and documents work.
- Changes ironer tapes.
- Cleans work areas and carts; cleans out dryer lint traps.
- Collects linen exchange carts, builds linen par levels and returns carts to units and documents work.
- Daily waxing of ironer pads.
- Hand folds dry linens and documents work.
- Loads and unloads dryers and operates dryers.
- Processes towels through towel folder.
- Processes wet linens through ironer/folder and documents work. Sorts wet and dry linens.
