Sanitation license preferred - Abide by all Riverside policies and procedures for professional standards of behavior.
- Assist with prep work in the kitchen during slow times.
- Clean entire dishwasher on a daily basis. Polish all stainless steel.
- Follow assigned cleaning schedule.
- General sanitation rules upheld/Knowledge of sanitation rules
- Put away all clean dishes and utensils in proper storage order and in compliance with code.
- Sweep floor and mop on a daily basis.
- Take out the garbage. Clean out garbage cans daily. Washes and sanitizes dishes, glassware, silverware, and pots/pans.
