- Preparation of audit schedules for outside auditors.
- Prepare annual budget in cooperation with management and department heads.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and update related cash reports.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for affiliates.
- Prepare monthly journal entries.
- Reconciles and updates fixed assets.
- Update and/or create Lotus work sheets.
