Employment Specialist (Full Time)
Schedule: Monday-Friday ( 4 Day Morning Shift and 1 Day Evening Shift)
Salary: $17.00

Health and Welfare $4.98

Education and /or Experience:
B.A Degree in Human Services preferred or a minimum of one year experience working in a social service field.

Responsibilities:
Applicant will work with federal inmates in our program. The Employment Specialist is responsible for providing employment assessment, job counseling, job development and placement, coordination of employment-related translation and interpretation services, and case management to eligible clients in a timely, appropriate and effective manner ensuring the client's early employment and self-sufficiency. Develop and maintain a job bank to assist clients in obtaining a meaningful work experience. Conducts work site visits (per week) in organized manner, with timely documentation.

Bilingual (English and Spanish) Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
