Riverside Health and Rehabilitation has an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to join our growing team as a Weekend Nurse Supervisor in Trenton, NJ. This position will work alongside a phenomenal Director of Nursing (DON) in leading the clinical team to success and providing outstanding care to our residents.

As the Weekend Supervisor you have the ability to positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents by overseeing the day to day patient care, supervising, directing and developing the nursing staff and working on the weekend to ensure quality patient care within the facility.

This position is part time working either 7a-7p or 7p-7a every other weekend.

Requirements

• Active NJ nursing license (LPN or RN)
• 3 Years of nursing experience in a long term care facility
• Previous nurse supervisor or management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead a growing team
