The Administrator in Trainingmakes a difference by – As Administrator in Training, you will assist the ExecutiveDirector with day to day administration of facility. You will work on specialprojects, assist ED to strive to achieve excellence in resident/patient care,high employee retention and be an integral part of the local community weserve. This position will perform regular rounds to monitordelivery of nursing care, operation of support departments, cleanliness andappearance of the facility; morale of the staff; and ensures patient/residentneeds are being addressed. You willassist in reviewing weekly and monthly financial reports and assist departmentheads in reviewing spend down reports as well as other projects as assigned. This position will follow all stateguidelines for AIT program to fulfill requirements for licensure and reporting. You could be a greatfit if you have these things – The ideal candidate exhibits positive customer service bothto internal and external customers through the ongoing support andimplementation of customer service initiatives and business objectives. Ideal candidate must be a skilledcommunicator, director and motivator. Able to organize and prioritize manytasks effectively. Must be willing to travel to other locations to train andfor special projects. Must be willing to relocate within the state afterlicense is granted and position available.
