Position: RN (Registered Nurse)

Job Description:
We are looking for a full or part time, flexible Registered Nurse to join our team. Individual is responsible for providing full-scope management and implementation of nursing services to residents. This position reports to Director of Nursing.

Duties:

• Complete clinical assessments of residents’ health status and develop care plans.
• Manage total care of residents including administering medication, and performing treatment orders.
• Fill in for nursing assistants and care partners.
• Creates reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided.
• Exemplify company mission, vision and values.
• Additional duties as delegated.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing as an RN in the state of MN
• 2-5 years experience Enhance Assisted Living/ Memory Care
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
• Team player with positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with Director, Care Partners, and other staff.
• Be compassionate and work with tact and ethical awareness.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background check, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Job Type: Full/Part time

Schedule - Includes some or all of these:

• Full time desk/charge nurse
• Saturdays/Sundays
• Evening triage (phone)

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
