Job Tasks:

1. Wash and fold resident's laundry.

2. Put resident's laundry away in appropriate drawer and closet

3. Any other duty as assigned by management.

Physical Demands:

Ability to bend, stoop, stretch, and lift. Ability to lift 25 lbs. Will be required to walk, stand, bend over, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, crawl, balance, push/pull items. Will be exposed to heat, etc. Repetitive use of both hands and feet. Both hands will need to grasp strongly. Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Working Conditions:

Working in an area, which may have slippery floors, changing temperatures, sharp objects, running water, and fumes. May be subject to the following hazards:

1. Injury from falls.

2. Muscle strain from lifting.

Job Qualifications:

1. Must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Must be able to read and write.

3. Must be able to follow instructions.

4. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
