REGULATORY COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance with Title 31 and Illinois Gaming Board Regulations.
- Ensures a comprehensive Title 31training and testing program is routinely and regularly administered.
- Reviews and reports Title 31 filings.
- Coordinates with operations management at all levels to respond to needs for systems, reports and related items.
- Assists with subpoena processing.
- Responsible for processing of critical sensitive and sensitive keys including receiving and inventory.
- Assist the Regulatory Compliance Manager in preparation of communications to management, auditors, and regulators.
- Completes projects as assigned by the Regulatory Compliance Supervisor or above.
- Assist the Regulatory Compliance Manager in reviewing and writing internal controls.
- Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of the Rivers Casino – Des Plaines ICS.
