Essential Job Functions:

• Implements Marketplace policies, procedures and service standards to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
• Responds to guest and employee needs and resolves complaints and issues.
• Inspects food and beverage outlets and observes worker and patrons to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards.
• Controls labor and operating expenses.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Schedules and directs Team Members in the performance of work assignments.
• Maintains high food, service and health and safety standards.
• Maintains high visibility in the outlets.
• Prepares financial and other reports.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
• Hires, trains and manages Team Members in accordance with organizational and approved departmental standards, policies and programs.
• Performs all other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Three or more years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge and experience of managing multiple outlets.
• Must be an exceptional multi-tasker.
• Knowledge of state liquor regulations and point of service systems required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.

Physical and Mental Demands:

• Regularly required to see, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Regularly required to stoop or kneel and stand for long periods of time.
• Regularly required to move with a sense of urgency, including pivoting and shuffling.
• Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in a work environment that is frequently faced paced and noisy.
