• Prepare title documents and ensure all vehicles are registered within the required state guidelines
• Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
• Review registration & title applications for accuracy
• Handle billing for two dealerships, vehicle deals and transactions; work with financial institutions to resolve outstanding title deficiencies
• Reports management status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the Controller at the month’s end.
• Billing all new and pre-owned retail and lease deliveries for two dealerships
• Ensuring inventory is up to date
• Maintaining the VERIFI system
• You will be responsible for other various office duties as well

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.88 - $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
