Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their requirements
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of products
- Utilize effective sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are properly displayed
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of retail math and inventory control principles
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals with customers
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets or quotas is desirable
- Knowledge of sales management techniques is an asset
