For compliance purposes for RI transparency, the expected salary range is $21.00 - $25.00. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Clerical / Special Order Receiving

Responsibilities include:

• Receiving and billing special orders, receiving and billing transfers, finalizing transfers, billing and manifesting orders, ordering stock materials, calling customers to advise of backorders or that their material is in.
• Ensure that all vendor returns are picked up by vendor.
• Set up and maintain RTV’s (return to vendor) in the PO through completion. 
• Work with sales team and purchasing department as needed to complete day to day responsibilities.
• Responsible for appearance of work area. Must be kept orderly and clean.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of AS400
• Experienced in Microsoft Office
