Riverdell Care Center is a 60 bed facility located in Boonville, MO. We are professional, kind, caring, loving, and our goal is to provide excellent care.

```Duties```

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfers of patients
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Document patient information accurately and timely in systems
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

```Qualifications```

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a nursing assistant training program and certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) We do in house CNA training and testing. Classes starting first week of Feburary. Once completed you will receive a raise. Class is free to you with no contract.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to perform basic medical procedures such as spinal taps, gastric lavage, and ventilator management is desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
