RiverCrest Golf Club and Preserve is Hiring a Bartender Near Phoenixville, PA

RiverCrest Golf Club is hiring a Restaurant / Banquet Bartender. This position will anticipate guests' needs and provide a memorable member experience. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team with commitment to providing exceptional service in a fun atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis. This includes requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, and produce based on projections from the daily function sheets.
  • Responsible for serving food and beverages, and ensuring member satisfaction.
  • Maintain stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to insure product quality.
  • Communicate and work with all support staff to ensure bar is properly stocked and prepared for operations.
  • Keep bar and surrounding areas neat and clean during set-up, service, and tear down.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience.

Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

Have excellent working knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines.

A true desire to satisfy the needs of guests in a fast paced environment.

Outgoing personality, positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a cash bar.

Must study to learn to describe all items we sell.

Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
